``Improvise, Adapt, Overcome``
Gunnery Sargeant Tom Highway, Heartbreak Ridge
Anne Bonny, the direct descendant of the infamous American pirate Anne Bonny, must choose to take on one of the world’s most notorious crime lords to save both the United States and the man she loves from nuclear destruction. The plot of Sea Star revolves a tad around Nafta, quite a bit around Naesca (as the Vancouver Summit is integral to the plot), and thermonuclear devices taken from the former Soviet Union. Villains in both Canada and Mexico (with links to both those countries governments but certainly representing neither) wish to attain a level of greatness that was once theirs.
Anne Bonny, age 44 (in reality, Anne Bonny was 21 at the time of her disappearance from prison). Anne is the darling and delinquent daughter of William Cormac, Esq. of Charles Town, Carolina. Anne has taken to the seas to seek a life of action and adventure the likes of which she’d never know in the plush salons and plantations of Charles Town, and in the process has become the hellcat of the high seas and captain of the sloopSea Star; plundering anything with a sail and playing out her passions with her scoundrel of a beau, the pirate John “Calico Jack “ Rackham.
Anne Bonny, Esq., age 44. Anne (discussed supra), is the axle upon which all three novels revolve and the pivot from which all other characters twist and turn through the plot. Mature, intelligent, articulate with a snap of sass to almost every word she utters, but yet none of these attributes so strong that they would ever subdue her feminine wiles or guile, Anne is the perfect hero for the turn of the century. Like her eighteenth century namesake, Anne is skilled with a gun, sailboat, and sword. Tension doesn’t even begin to describe the sparks that fly when she meets up with John “ Jack “ Grayson.
Juan Carrera (PKA Juan “ Johnny “ Tlatelolco ), El Padrino (The Godfather) of the Carrera Crime Family Juan Carrera is “El Padrino “, the Godfather of Mexico’s most powerful crime cartel. Juan, a Tarascan Indian by birth, is an extremely handsome, swarthy, highly educated hombre who, due to fate and fortunate circumstances, works his way up from being a penniless Mexico City street urchin named Johnny Tlatelolco to become Mexico’s most robusto crime czar. Juan has built an empire comprising most of Mexico’s powerful industries, and as well produces and sells a highly addictive narcotic called “Wheeze “. Yet Juan has never forgotten his peone (peasant) roots, using his wealth to distribute alms to Mexico’s poor peones and this in turn transforming him in their eyes into a modern day Robin Hood, rather than the latter day narco terrorist that he truly is.
DEA Agent - Detective John “ Jack “ Grayson, age 45. Jack is the DEA’s Officer in Charge of its Northeastern Region Liaison Office and is as well, a gruff, handsome, rascal of a guy ( definitely not P.C. ), charged by the DEA with controlling the spread of the psychotropic grog called “ Wheeze “. Grayson is intent on eradicating Wheeze, its New York City distributor ( the drug kingpin “ KK “, head of Crips East ), and its producer ( the Mexican drug lord Juan Carrera ), from the Unites States. In Jack Grayson, Anne Bonny finally meets her romantic rendezvous with destiny, sparring with him every step of the way, wit for wit and tongue in cheek till they finally end up as the soulmates they were destined to become. Jack is the fictional, contemporary incarnation of the pirate Calico Jack.
This is an example page. It’s different from a blog post because it will stay in one place and will show up in your site navigation (in most themes). Most people start with an About page that introduces them to potential site visitors. It might say something like this:
Hi there! I’m a bike messenger by day, aspiring actor by night, and this is my website. I live in Los Angeles, have a great dog named Jack, and I like piña coladas. (And gettin’ caught in the rain.)
…or something like this:
The XYZ Doohickey Company was founded in 1971, and has been providing quality doohickeys to the public ever since. Located in Gotham City, XYZ employs over 2,000 people and does all kinds of awesome things for the Gotham community.

Noel Knight, an Attorney based in Sacramento, California, is a lifelong bibliophile, cineaste, comic book man, and an aficionado and acolyte of Edgar Rice Burroughs and Ian Fleming.
Upon graduating from college, Noel attempted to craft his own adventure thriller but with little life experience and hundreds more books to be read, the firmament wasn't yet there to allow him to proceed beyond a No. 2 pencil outline.
Time healed that wound and ten years later, Noel sat down to start drafting what would eventually become
Sea Star: The Diaries of Anne Bonny.
What began as a draft eventually consumed 4 years including 3 years living off $50 a week and working in a tool shed on a banged up, salvaged Mac computer and one year living in a 100 sq ft., $200 a month room, respectively.
The labor was love and we truly hope that you enjoy...
